  • What Amenities Are In The Home?

    All homes have a fully equipped kitchen, hairdryers, coffee maker (drip style), bed linens, towels, spices.

  • Do You Accept Pets?

    A few of our homes do accept pets and if so, the property listing will indicate this. Otherwise, pets are prohibited.

  • Do You Allow Smoking?

    Smoking is prohibited in all of our homes.

  • I have a second home and I’m considering rentals to generate some revenue to offset expenses. How can Pack and Relax help?

Booked Guests

  • I have a reservation with Pack and Relax. When will I receive my check-in instructions.

    Your check in instructions will be emailed out five days prior to your check in date. If you do not receive them by that time, be sure to check your spam/junk mail folders. You will also receive a text message the day before check in. Your check in instructions will include all necessary access codes for the home (door codes, WIFI) and property (gym, ice machine, etc).

  • I have a reservation and I need to make my second payment. What’s the best way to do this.

    If you are using the same credit card, your card will be charged 60 days prior to your check in date. If you wish to use another form of payment, you can use our Happy Stays app to make the payment with another card.
