This spacious three bedroom, three and a half bath Villa will make you feel right at home. This Villa has been recently renovated and decorated by a professional designer. With the benefit of an extra 'bump out of space' as well as a double porch, this Villa is one of the largest units in Indigo Reef. During the renovation, the kitchen was extended and a kitchen island added, along with a formal dining space with amazing water views. Each bedroom has it’s own television, with a 60” flat screen Smart TV in the living room. The Villa has direct sunset views looking out to the Gulf of Mexico, which can be enjoyed from the porch or upper balcony, as well as from any of the three bedrooms. In addition, this Villa, as a corner unit, has open water views. Just steps away is your own private boat dock for boat. Vessel length shall not be greater than 35ft and shall not extent beyond the dock space nor a draft greater than three feet (3') are permitted in any dock space. You may not have multiple vessels or personal watercraft in a single docks space. A small outdoor freezer is provided for bait and ice. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you’ll need to dine in and you can easily grill your daily catch on one of several charcoal grills located throughout the resort grounds. This home does not allow pets and smoking is not permitted in the Villa or on the porches. It is a completely pet-free, smoke-free home.
